Payment

Step-by-step instructions:

1) Insert the amount you want to pay then press “Add to Cart”.
2) Choose “proceed to checkout”.
3) Here you insert your billing details, i.e. name, address, telephone, email.
4) At the bottom of the billing page you will see the payment options: credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
5) If you choose bank transfer, click to proceed and you will automatically receive a notification with all bank details necessary to make payment. We kindly request that you ask your bank to cover all transfer fees.
6) If you choose to pay by credit card Terracotta pays the associated fees. Credit card companies often request you employ 2-step verification to authorize payment. Occasionally the credit card company may decline the transaction if they find it unusual and you may need to speak with your credit card company to let them know that you authorize the payment.
